First Halloween

Halloween is not celebrated in Jamaica, where I'm from. I have been in the USA for about 4 years now. However, I was "locked" up at The Citadel. So, now that I have graduated, I am on a mission to attend my first halloween party. I am excited!!! But there is one problem. I do not know where to go. So any ideas or if anyone knows of any good parties, please fill a sister in. Thank you!!!
